Key factors for a healthy relationship:

Discover 10 key factors developed based on scientific evidence considering models of equity and healthy relationships.

The workshop is divided into 3 parts where you will learn about these factors while engaging in reflective and practical exercises to better understand yourself.

Part 1: The Foundation

The foundation or support upon which something is built. Figuratively, the foundation of something refers to the principles, values, or fundamental elements that support or shape it. For example, in the context of a romantic relationship, the foundation would be the fundamental elements that make it strong and healthy. Explore them in this dynamic and practical workshop.

Part 2: Interactions

A solid foundation facilitates healthy interactions in a relationship. Interactions in a romantic relationship are defined by how two people relate to, communicate with, and behave towards each other. These interactions encompass a wide range of aspects including communication, decision-making, among others. Learn more about them in this workshop.

Part 3: Agreements

Mutual commitments between both partners on how they want their relationship to function. These agreements can cover a wide variety of areas. The definition of these agreements is unique to each couple and may be established explicitly or implicitly over time. Here, you will learn about some examples and can reflect on what is important to you.
