The order is processed and shipped within 1 to 3 days from the time of the order.

Orders are shipped via Ground Advantage, so they are delivered within 3 to 7 days after shipping.

Once they are sent, you will have access to a tracking number to track your order.

Orders are extremely protected. In the event that an order arrives with any damage, a refund will be made only for the affected product after sending evidence. The evidence is based on a photo of the product on the same day it was delivered and is sent to the email: atypicalevolutionllc@gmail.com. The delivery date will be based on the one provided by the postal mail.

Orders are shipped via a reliable postal system. In the event that an order is lost by the postal service or does not arrive at its destination after 45 days from the time of shipment, the order will be fully refunded. This refund does not apply if the shipping address was entered incorrectly on the order. This will be based on evidence based on the mail tracking system which must say that it is lost, in transit for more than 45 days or undelivered. Likewise, it will be confirmed that the delivery address has been entered correctly by the customer.
